Participant Agreement & Consent
By participating in the Women in Biotech Mentorship Program, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:Confidentiality & Data Protection• Bridging Biotech will not share any personal information provided in this form with third parties without my explicit consent.• Any data collected will be used solely for the administration and improvement of the program.
Use of Photos & Media• Bridging Biotech will not use participant photos for any purpose other than the Bridging Biotech website, Bridging Biotech Journal, and social media posts related to the program.• If any additional use of images is required, Bridging Biotech will seek explicit consent from the participant.
Publication of Research Work
The 10-page research paper prepared as part of the program will be published in the Bridging Biotech Journal under the participant’s name.• The publication will include the participant’s full name, surname, and photograph.• Participants will retain full authorship rights but grant Bridging Biotech the right to publish and distribute their work within the scope of the program.
Personal Data Retention & Deletion
Bridging Biotech processes personal data collected aspart of the program solely for the purpose of program execution, administration, and improvement.• Published research papers and related visuals may remain available in the Bridging Biotech Journal and website indefinitely. However, participants have the right to request the removal of their published content.• Before the retention period expires, you may request the deletion, correction, or update of your personal data. Transfer of Data Abroad
Bridging Biotech may publish personal data collected as part of the program (name, surname, photograph, research paper, etc.) on the Bridging Biotech website, Bridging Biotech Journal, and social media platforms.• The website, journal, and social media platforms may operate on servers located outside the country, meaning your personal data may be transferred abroad.• By submitting this form, you agree to the transfer of your personal data abroad for the purposes specified above.
Code of Conduct & Program Participation
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally with mentors, fellow participants, and organizers.• Bridging Biotech reserves the right to discontinue a participant’s involvement in the program in case of misconduct, non-compliance, or any action that disrupts the program's integrity.
